Chemdry was out last week after the storm and did a great job. The cost was lower than the no name carpet cleaner I had out last time and the carpet was dry by that evening. No steamed up windows for a week. If you get your carpets cleaned this time of year you must choose the dry method. The two workers were polite and did suggest some extra services but were not pushy. The only down side was they took longer than I expected but they moved more of the furniture and seemed more respectful of my stuff than previous cleaners. Would recommend to friends and family.A++++

Tim with Chem-Dry was here last week to walk us through mopping up water damage from a toilet overflow that ran from upstairs to downstairs. He set up turbo fans that dried out the wet carpets while a de-humidifier took moisture out of the air. Once the carpet was dry, he and Don came with cleaning equipment and solutions that took out brown stains [from white carpet upstairs] and potential allergens [everywhere]. We thought some of the carpeting might have to be torn out, but are relieved and pleased that all the carpet is in good shape again. Now, I don't want to move furniture back in--I just want to admire it for a while. I highly recommend them because you can expect them to be professional, thorough and fair.

A gentleman by the name of Don came out to clean our carpets. Our carpets were beyond filthy. He spent extra time going over the worse spots and was very detailed. We came home to a carpet of a different colour (It was a colour I hadn't seen since we had moved in.) The carpet now smells clean and I don't have nearly as bad allergies. We're trying to reform our ways to keep it semi clean and will be using this service again in the future to maintain. I would greatly recommend Chem Dry to anyone looking to have clean carpets once again. Thank you for your hard work and effort Don, It has not gone unappreciated.

Chem Dry came this morning to clean our bedroom and stairs in anticipation of our baby due in 3 weeks. I like knowing the chemicals are safe for me, the baby, and our dog. Rick of Chem-Dry was exactly on time, then he was knowledgeable and thorough as he cleaned our well-used carpets. We foster kittens through the Seattle Animal Shelter and our "Rec Room" carpet had stains from kittens who like to poop in corners as they're learning to use a litter box. He got that carpet cleaner than it's been in years, taking extra time to get the stains out. The extra-dirty travel area on our living room carpet came out very clean, and the carpet looks like new. Finally, the rooms smelled fresh when he left, and the carpets were pretty much dry to the touch. After having carpets cleaned by another outfit that steam cleaned, we were left with a rotten smell for days and carpets that took over a day to dry. I felt like the carpets were cleaner with Chem-Dry. And Rick is fantastic! Thanks so much!

Had our carpets done this morning and we are over the moon with the results. Our 10 month old just started crawling and we needed to get the carpets ready for her. We wanted something 'green' and wouldn't take forever to dry. We also have a 10 year old dog who has done a number on our carpets. Don came in and was so fantastic!! We had our condominium complex cleaned by Chem-Dry of Seattle last week. Don was able to get out all of the gray areas by the doorways and air vents. He knew what caused each of the stains on my carpet and was very friendly in explaining all of the package deals and each of the benefits. The carpet dried in an hour and was very clean. He also cleaned the stairs and got out the gum spot by the elevator. I would highly recommend Chem-Dry of Seattle for carpet and stair cleaning.

Tim Cleveland is the owner of an outstanding organization. I've been using this company since I moved into my condominium in 2005. They excel in customer service, and do impeccable work. Their telephone staff and carpet cleaning staff are focused on being sure that I get service exactly when and how I need it. I've lived in many places, and had a lot of carpet cleaning services, but never had any company that could even touch these people in quality of work or quality of service. They even call afterwards to be sure the job was good!

I have been using this company for carpet cleaning since I moved into my newly remodeled condominium in 2005. They offer outstanding service, do a remarkable job of getting out stains (including the occasional accident from my beloved Maltese), and are really good about being on time and working around my schedule. Their telephone staff and their carpet cleaning staff are really nice people. On a scale of 1-10, I'd give Chem-Dry of Seattle an 11. Considering all the places I've lived, and all the carpet cleaning companies I've used, they're really outstanding.
